As an Educational Consultant specializing in High School Reform, I collaborate with organizations to drive transformative initiatives that prioritize equity and access for underserved students. Through student-centered approaches and engaging real-world experiences, I am committed to advocating for inclusive and dynamic education.

PROJECT SHOWCASE
I have seen Shana in action on a number of occasions. She brings focus and insight into any group that she is facilitating or working with --always posing thoughtful questions that help a group to explore new options or be open to alternative possibilities. She helps people think out-of-the-box.
Shana brings energy and passion to the projects she works on. She is always upbeat and optimistic about the possibilities of the work of current and future projects.

Shana's knowledge of employer relations, educational advancement, both at the collegiate level and K12, event management, and expertise in outreach was a huge advantage to our entire office. She put this skillset to work to deliver high quality programs and give both workforce and curriculum recommendations at the state level, with an understanding of employer needs and job-seeker skills.

As the Project Manager for the year long XQ+RI Planning Grant, Shana worked tirelessly to organize and facilitate conversations with various stakeholders on redesigning the high school experience to meet the changing needs of students and the world around them. Along the way she planned and facilitated meetings, collected and analyzed data, and was a key player in the design of our High School Redesign Vision.
