Task: Develop and market two new programs in collaboration with the Salve  Regina University Holistic Counseling department leadership team.
·    Master of Arts in Holistic Leadership
·    Certificate of Graduate Studies in Holistic Leadership

Specifics: Establish concrete educational programs in Holistic Leadership that would satisfy the needs of the community, industry, and student population. Create a sustainable marketing program to build interest and drive student engagement.

Outcome: Program launched with full classes and continues to serve Graduate Students for the past 15 years and counting.

How I worked with Salve Regina University

When approached to help develop and market the Holistic Leadership Program for Salve Regina University’s Holistic Counseling Department, I created a marketing plan to fulfill an enrollment strategy that included existing local students along with a global focus to attract new students to the University.

I delivered a strategic plan which included press releases, print materials, live events and online content to drive the campaign. 

​

Within the same academic year, the program was at full capacity. Over the next several years, it expanded. Fifteen years later, it remains an integral part of the University community, drawing in a diverse and global student body.
