MALLORY
Shana is a phenomenal woman who helps people get things done.
"School has always been stressful for me. Figuring out everything, coping with transitions, motivation, and trying to navigate my way around. I have worked with Shana numerous times and she has helped me achieve my goals. She helped me transition from community college to a university and showed me the ropes; she made me realize I could accomplish my goals with her help. She helps push you and teaches you how to plan and communicate in effective ways that benefit you. She also not only helps in the educational world, but in the workforce as well.
As an aspiring fashion design student, I do need some hands-on experience in the fashion world. Shana helped me plan and reach out to Ivory Ella, a world-renowned t-shirt company with a warehouse currently stationed in Rhode Island. I was able to meet with the founder and learn more about how a successful company runs. I highly recommend Shana Bloom to anyone who needs help in school or any other area of work. She is dedicated to making sure you succeed and cares tremendously about you as an individual. Shana will help make a positive difference in your life, just as she did in mine."

How I worked with Mallory
Mallory and I began meeting when she was attending community college. As she considered transferring to a university, she wanted clarity on her purpose before making the move. She had always had an interest in fashion, but felt she needed more experience in the field before investing in that path.
When we began working together, we explored what the day-to-day would be like inside that industry. Together, we would create successful strategies for her to research the field. She enjoyed this process, but she wanted to meet people in the industry. Therefore, I reached out to my network and requested a meeting with the global clothing company Ivory Ella. Three weeks later, we spent a half day meeting everyone from the floor to the CEO to learn about business models, marketing strategies and shipment fulfillment. Each step of the way, Mallory beamed! She became intrinsically motivated and within two weeks had a part-time job at a high-end retail fashion retail store while continuing her studies.
From there, she oriented toward her long-term goal of admittance into the university. While it took several months and she stayed patient, it paid off. A year later, she did gain acceptance and continues her enthusiasm for the fashion industry.
